I would happily give 5 stars if they could provide more detail on height and weight. The quality is excellent, but I would not have bought this for my elderly mother if I had known about the weight. I bought it for her for pain relief. She can't use it because it's too heavy for her, and in her words, "I'm sorry son, I can't use it because it's like trying to snuggle up to a grizzly bear!" - I'm 6ft 4 inches tall and it's perfect for me because it's made for someone taller. My poor mom isn't built like a linebacker and he's just too tall and heavy for her. If this were a purchase for me I'd happily give it 5 stars but that's impractical for a little old lady with a bad hip.
