I have had a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 camera for two years and I love the idea of being able to print my photos now. However, the chances of getting a decent picture are slim. Whether I take the picture myself or ask other people to do it, the pictures don't turn out quite right. Either the exposure is too high/low or I'm too close/far from the camera. Movies are so expensive and it's such a waste of time. So I decided to buy a printer. The printer is amazing! I love how I can choose the photos I want to print. The printer gives it a nostalgic look. I love how I can adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation to give my photos a different look. I usually turn the contrast down and the brightness up because the images tend to print darker. I've posted some photos I'm printing out using the SP-2 as an example. I would go with the printer over the Mini 8. Even though the printer costs $100 more I think it's for the time I wasted. Films on Mini 8, the printer is the best investment. Hope this helps you decide!
