Review on MEE audio Air-Fi Metro2 AF72 Bluetooth Noise-Isolating In-Ear Stereo Headset - Wirelessly Connected for Optimum Sound Experience by Yolanda Hardison

It's been like this for a year now. They are great quality for the price and are (mostly) well designed. I sent it in for warranty repair before my 1 year warranty expired and the customer service was top notch. During the repair, two adjustments were made that significantly improved the usability of the headset (the length of the headset cable was increased slightly so that it does not pull out of the ears when you turn your head, and a different rubber earpiece was used that doesn't fall EVERY TIME you take it out of your pocket, it was extremely annoying). These weren't requests, my headset may have been replaced as far as I know. The two biggest downsides are that the rubber earbuds keep falling off (I recently lost one permanently as a result) and the earbud will NOT stay in my ear for long periods of time. Reason that makes the headset unusable. In addition, the battery does not always last the whole working day, depending on usage. I have to plug it in when I'm not using it or it'll die before I go home, so make sure you have a microUSB at work. To be fair, I don't think you can have a headset this compact and expect the battery to last long. This is a compromise. Overall I still feel it was a good purchase and would definitely consider buying from MEE again.
