One of the things I love about this floss is that there is a small piece that goes over the cord connection when not charging so water doesn't get in there when you floss it. I believe other brands I have owned did not have this element and water got in and reduced the life of the floss. There are also 5 attachments, one of which is a small brush to use when flossing under the gumline, a tongue scraper, a coiled sleeve to go between teeth and 2 attachments for flossing. The water strength can be adjusted from low to high. It does an excellent job of removing particles between teeth and under the gum line. I highly recommend this dental floss.
