I have both the Oceas fleece-lined blanket and this pocket-sized mat. The former is a real blanket that is very comfortable to sit on and provides a bit of warmth for cooler days. It's more for planned outings where comfort is important.Because of its size, this lightweight mat is great for just having on hand if you're walking through the park and want a clean, dry place to sit. We often bring both to extend our blanket and have a place to put our bags while we stretch out. I love both for different situations!
