Soft yet crumbling

This is gorgeous and SO soft; Pattern as in the photo. To be honest I liked it initially, but after about 2 weeks of use I have two complaints: 1. Due to the softness and smoothness of the fabric, the belt does not tie. It comes off a few minutes after tying. The robe has small ties inside that stay tied, but that doesn't completely solve the problem as the robe still unbuttons. Like many others here, my bag breaks. It arrived in good condition but after putting my phone in my pocket for 2 weeks the pocket unraveled. I really like the robe but these two things are really disappointing.
