I work from home and spend half my life telecommuting meetings. I've tried speakerphones, very expensive Bluetooth devices, in-ear headphones, and expensive Bose headphones. Most of them were thrown away or (if they're really expensive) kept in a box in a closet. But out of all this is the only headset I would buy again - in fact I bought it again! The sound quality is very good, the headphone design is comfortable and blocks out a lot of background noise, the microphone is adjustable and can be raised when you're muted or lowered right in front of your mouth to speak. They plug in and connect to any USB port on your laptop. They are very cheap and worth every penny. After 2 years of daily use and traveling with the cable taut, my first device lost connection to the USB port and the listeners couldn't hear my voice. Throw it away and bought another headset exactly the same. Of the 27 models I tried, this one has the best sound and voice quality and is also the cheapest. It's comfortable and requires a lot of abuse in my laptop bag. Highly recommended.
