Perfect with supplements!

Knowing that a set of blinds will have to be replaced with cords is a back ache and my aching back didn't appreciate it any better. This is the perfect wire replacement for the faux wood blinds that were installed on most of the doors and windows in my home before my wife and I made the purchase and moved in. Now, 7 years later, one set was showing wear and tear from daily exposure to the Florida sun (high UV rays). This replacement cable is perfect! The 2.0mm diameter is just the right fit, and the braided outer portion of the center core is a perfect replacement. After some quick YouTube video reviews on replacing some great blinds, tips and tricks for replacing strings, work is done! All three strands were disconnected, new ones put on, everything mounted and hung up. And much, much smoother tension than the original lines! So softer. There is plenty of extra cord on the 60 yard reel for the remaining sets of blinds when it comes time to replace them. So far, no additional pins or measuring tape have been required. Not yet. In general, for a single blind with three (3) or four (4) pull cords, this may be a bit excessive with all those extra yards of cord. The bottom line is that this has worked for me and my current needs as well as my known and expected/expected future replacements. no extra pins or tape measure required. Not yet.
