Review on retouchbase for G Suite by Pedro Curtis

I like that it integrates with my Google Contacts, which makes syncing easy! It's also nice because you can access all of this information right from within Gmail itself - no need to open up another app or navigate away in order to find what info about someone needs updating/adding etc..

The only thing i dislike sometimes are some errors when trying to add new contact details (usually due to typos). If there was more automation involved then these issues would be less frequent but as long as they're not too bad at least we know where things go wrong so hopefully improvements will come soon :) Definitely worth using if you use gmail regularly enough!! We have been able to update our existing customer database easily by adding people who were previously out-of reach via email alone.
