This aluminum based product is a good general purpose EP lube. Says "For brake lubrication and anchor pins, engine head bolts, spark plug and oxygen sensor threads, exhaust manifold bolts, EGR fittings and starter and alternator bolts." but should not be used on stainless steel. There is a nickel based cleaner that works on regular steel, stainless steel, titanium and nickel alloys that seems to be the best option for general use but is much more expensive and comes with a carcinogen warning (do not use on makeup). There's also a graphite-based molly that doesn't use metals, but it's also expensive. Opinions abound, but it's difficult to find a detailed, unbiased comparison of different types of anti-seize compounds.
