works well. but . the best chargers and power supplies

This device works as advertised. and offers several practical sound solutions and adds wireless charging. BUT . every time I turn it on (I use it with a wireless iPod). it gets TOO LOUD. and I need to adjust the volume. So, it has a volume control, but it has NO WAY TO ADJUST THE VOLUME. The sound quality is good. But every time I use it, I have to wait for it to pair with the Bluetooth device and lower the volume. I think I should have returned it. but didn't do it in time.
