Great joint protection but terrible wrist support. The knuckle protection is in an open slot in the glove which allows the padding to be removed which is a bit of a negative for me. Sometimes when I remove these quick wraps I flip them over to air out the product since I sweat a lot. This will expose the interior of the quick pack and allow the ankle guard to slide out (see attached images for understanding). All in all, a great joint protector. When I punch with them and boxing gloves I don't feel any pain or discomfort in my knuckles (I used to have pain and discomfort when wearing regular wraps when I hit really hard). They seem a bit cheap compared to other quick wraps. * I've been boxing for 9 years, I've fought 24 amateur fights.
