This cleaner is the holy grail for me. I have very reactive, dry and acne prone skin. Everything pisses me off, so I have to be extremely careful about what I put on my face. My biggest enemy in skincare has been silicones (ALL kinds). It is very difficult to find skin care products without silicones. If you find something without silicones, it gets saturated with oils, which I don't like either. I can't use heavy creams or I get painful cystic acne and milia. Therefore, I have significantly reduced my skin care to a minimum. I used the Simple Refreshing Facial Wash but even that was too dry and harsh. I use pure aloe gel as a "toner" (Bighture brand, if you're interested), SebaMed Clear Face Gel as a moisturizer with two drops of Good Molecules Squalane oil when I need extra hydration (which I usually do). Since using this cleanser, I no longer need squalane oil. My skin is soft as a baby and is starting to feel smooth as opposed to the textured little bumps I usually have. I was suspicious of how hydrated my skin was. It should break me, right? It was too good to be true. I even started using it in the morning to cleanse my face instead of just water because my skin was much more hydrated and less tight after using it. No acne, y'all! No tiny bumps I usually get from "too" hydrated (i.e. not dry af). I'm in seventh heaven for that. It's so cheap! In the past year alone, I've spent literally hundreds on skincare products, desperate to figure out what can keep my skin from breaking down. Please never change this formula, Aveeno!
