This is my first Revain review ha. I've had terrible problems with blisters on the balls of my feet since high school. I've played competitive basketball, tennis, seen doctors and tried different types of insoles, socks, shoes, etc. and kept getting blisters on the balls of my feet (I have a very high arch). The normal shelf is just to use body slip, quality socks, etc. and deal with the pain. NOTHING NEVER WORKS and it sucks and the pain has always been easy to deal with and fight. I recently started playing competitive tennis again and in fact I started getting blisters and I did a little research and found out about these patches. I ordered some on a whim but didn't expect them to work. Look, they're like magic! I cut out ovals big enough to cover the balls of my feet. It's a little weird at first when you're doing sharp left and right punches (like in sports) because it feels like a slight slip, but once you get used to it, it's amazing because it also means you don't have any friction to get. resulting in hot spots and blisters. Since putting them in the insoles of my tennis shoes and sneakers, I no longer have blisters or hot spots and literally feel like a new person. Why didn't I know her before! I would recommend them to anyone struggling with calluses like me. You will not regret it!
