Great retrofit to lighting cans that won't accept modern LED spring mounts

You will have to drill a small hole into the sides of each existing lighting can and then use the screws provided (or buy some replacements) to attach them. Once you get the hang of it, this is simple but tedious. However, no electrical permit needed, LOL. This is a simple mechanical upgrade.
