I am disappointed with the quality

Bought two yesterday for my 3 year old twin grandsons, one of the truck wheels came off, one of the bucket arms was taken off on a crane and can't get back on the lift arm. The sound on one of the trucks is not working. I put in 2 sets of batteries and it still doesn't work. I would appreciate a full review of both and how to return these dashcams.
