At its core, an integrated solution that allows you to have one point of access to all your data and tools. Its relatively straight forward for a novice like me to get up and running with this tool even though it's more complex than I expected. It does take some time to understand how everything works as there are many components to learn about. Once you can figure out how it works, you will be able to build out the system faster than other tools in the market. We were looking for an easy way to integrate our ERP and HR systems to make it easier for employees to log their hours, update payroll, etc. This gave us that ability without having to hire extra resources or spend a lot of money. We also found a better way to track employee performance, allowing us to identify gaps in training and provide recommendations to help fill.
