I have used this product in two different clinics over about 5 years now. The first time was during an outbreak of norovirus at my clinic. This helped us greatly with getting rid of that problem from our facility by being able to show customers we are taking action! It really did make all the difference when it came to people believing their experience should be great as well. Nowadays though, i use repugen daily because its so helpful having something like this available 24/7 while running multiple facilities and seeing many new problems pop up weekly or even monthly. Having the ability to go back into previous days' data has been very beneficial too since sometimes things change quickly (like if there's food poisoning going around). Also, knowing what issues were resolved helps me know how much work needs doing next week etc.
