Boring from light roughing to finishing in small bores. Insert CCMT 32.51 or CCMT32.52 Included & Key Included. Shank Diameter: 1/2". Overall Length: 7". Using 80 degree carbide CCMT inserts negative 5 degree end and side cutting angle. Accepts Inserts CCMT 32.51 or CCMT32.52. S16T-SCLCR4. Profiling bar for semi-finishing and finishing operations. Bar hardness approximately 45HRC. Extreme fine gloss finish.

Carbide inserts are easily replaceable.

GREAT PRODUCT! I'm a welder, repair excavator and loader shovels and make pin bushings. This makes drilling holes for pens much easier 👍🏼

Very durable.

Using a mandrel on a 4" drill head. I tried it on an old aluminum rim, it works well even at 12 inches long. It's solid for its length, has very little chatter, I'll buy another one as a backup.

Excellent value for a 5/8 10-bit boring bar

Great price on a 5/8 boring bar with 10 inserts! The inserts work great with stainless steel and mild steel, but not so well with aluminum. Leave the rough finish. Rod for my AXA tool holder with perfect sleeve, you can't go wrong with Accusize!
