These things are great for stainless steel, tool steel, 4140 and a few other things I've thrown at them. I also bought a pack of ear tips from the same manufacturer and they are great value. From what I've heard the blades don't last as long as some of the industrial inserts, but thanks to their reasonable price I'm not worried about them breaking if I make silly beginner mistakes.

These 5/8" holders fit BXA 250-200 and BXA 222 tool holders with 250-200 series tool holders. They come with 3 different inserts: TNMG160404, WNMG 080404 and CN0MG4 1204. These bits do 90% of the job, just missing the threaded bits. They fit my 250-201 holder with enough clearance to insert without filing or spacers.
