Poor quality and craftsmanship
There is so much wrong with that. The spring clasp is loose and requires constant fiddling - the rose gold plating on the chain is starting to wear out and I've had it for less than a month, mind you I had the same strap for my old Fitbit and I've never had any problems with it (others brand and supplier). I also have one for my Apple Watch which was purchased at the same time but a different brand and carrier and it behaves as expected. waste of money.
