I bought these shoes as I was looking for a light, comfortable shoe to leave in the gym. They're great for that. The Boa system is so quick and easy to put on and quick to tighten. Aside from the kids having to learn how to tie their ties, I wish every shoe had a boa. In terms of comfort, they're just on the OK side. I feel like I'm too used to supporting my streams. While they offer support, they don't have a huge arch or cushion if that's what you're looking for. They grip great on yoga/foam mats and are great for kickboxing. I will continue to use my running streams and they will only be used in the gym as they seem better suited for that.
