I was very impressed with this skirt, its quality is amazing. The stitching is absolutely authentic and the Kutori looks and feels fantastic. I'm 5'9, 118 pounds, I wear size 2 American Eagle jeans and size 1 Hollister jeans, and my waist measurement is 25 inches. Although my butt is a bit flat. If you have a small waist and big butt, you are likely to have sizing issues. The skirt is very tight so you may need to go up a size to accommodate a larger butt. If not, I'd say just stick with whatever size you're wearing. Full disclosure, I bought the small and medium just in case and the small fit perfectly!
