Review on Satco S2241 Dimmable Halogen Light Bulb by Corey Moulton

This bulb was at a good price when I bought it a few months ago. But lightbulbs just don't do much. I like the 9 degree beam, it serves my purpose well in ceiling lights. The big problem is that most of them lasted from 1 to 6 weeks (7-8 hours a day). They are said to provide 1500 hours of light. That's about 6 months at the level I'm using them. Some of the bulbs lasted 6 months so maybe I just got a bad bulb. I've had regular Satco indoor bulbs that almost never go out, so I'll try another Satco outdoor spot and hope for better results.
