Review on Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC Bluetooth Wireless Headphones Featuring Active Noise Cancellation in Black and Silver by Agata Kamia-Jabo ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product, good quality, not bad.

In overall, the acquisition meets all of the expectations. I had no choice but to place my order without first trying to get a live preview. After getting acclimated to them for a few days, the fit became more comfortable, and the headphones no longer feel as though they are exerting as much pressure on my head as they did when I initially put them on. The noise canceling feature is effective in suppressing low-frequency sounds (I tested it on the bus, and it eliminates practically all noises), but it has no effect whatsoever on noises of a medium or high frequency. It is possible to connect to two different devices at the same time without any problems. The only thing that could be improved is if taking off the headphones caused the music to temporarily stop playing, but it seems unlikely that this functionality will ever be included. Length-wise, the ear pads are 63 millimeters, and width-wise, they measure 38 millimeters. Even though my ears do not fit entirely (like they do in the GSP 302), I do not experience any discomfort because the ear cushions themselves are so pliable and comfortable. As regards to the quality, at first I was thrilled, but as I listened more, I began to notice flaws, including an excessive amount of bass (not subbass), and music that sounded muffled and "like from a barrel." In general, the sound setting is rather extensive, and if you are used to listening with Sony headphones, Bows headphones, or Zenheiser headphones, then you might enjoy the sound. Listening to these headphones would already be an unpleasant experience for people who are accustomed to listening through high-quality headphones (as I am, which is why I lowered the rating to 4). In general, they provide a lot of value for the price that they are asked, and if you are pleased with the way that they sound, then it is safe for you to get them.

Pros
  • - Convenience (details below) - Assemblage and materials of a high quality - Huge battery - An effective suppression of noise (not for show, for sure) - An outstanding level of soundproofing
Cons
  • - Squelch dampens only low frequencies - The headphones can get warm and constricting (on an individual basis) - The sound is "massive"
