I purchased 4 of these cartridges on September 1, 2017 for a total of $92.64 for my HP402dw printer. Perfectly clean copies until recently, when a defective cartridge resulted in smudges, streaks, hard-to-read text, and loud noises caused by the gears on the cartridge. Because Revain staff only accept returns for 30 days, they may not inform you about the seller's policy which says "2-year money-back guarantee" in the product description: Any quality problem within 2 years, please contact us to get a replacement or refund. ". I am contacting V4link via email from my Revain account. (The Revain staff should be able to help you with this.) The seller responded promptly and offered a replacement.
