was damaged after 1 month of printing, the cartridge prints horribly and the printer is knocking. How do I know it's a cartridge? I put the original HP cartridge back into the printer. Oh I really want to like it. i love the price But the cartridges didn't seem to fit in my HP M426fdn MFP and were causing paper jams. Worse, the seal came out weird. I have attached an image. I was typing a comic for a friend but it kept staining and, even weirder, he did this thing where he folded parts of the page, making the text unreadable or the two parts of the image too close lie together. Great price and I think some cartridges work for some people but not for me. And I use my printer A

I've used 3 of these already. The first one didn't work because the cartridge gears didn't mesh properly, so it didn't work and made a lot of crunching popping noises. The second worked for quite a while and worked well. The print quality was good and at first I thought they were super economical. The second had the same gear problem as the first, but didn't show up until about half the toner was gone. To V4INK's credit, they sent me a replacement that worked fine for about the same time before

One of the cartridges did not work in the printer, the other worked fine. What's frustrating is that they have a very short return policy and because it takes a while for the toner cartridge to get through, if you find it's defective, stick with it. Update: After this review I was contacted by V4ink who offered to ship me a new toner cartridge free of charge. Got a replacement today. I'm impressed with their customer service and am changing my rating.

The first toner I tried only printed a completely black page, I tried a second toner with the same results. Both only print a completely black page.
