was damaged after 1 month of printing, the cartridge prints horribly and the printer is knocking. How do I know it's a cartridge? I put the original HP cartridge back into the printer. Excellent print quality, the knock is gone. How can I return? I called the manufacturer, wrote a letter and waited for an answer. after several calls to V4Ink not a single call back. The price was really good, customer service is non-existent. The manufacturer states that the guarantee is 1 year. i want to come back but nobody answers my call and neither does amazon. I bought a genuine HP cartridge from Staples which matched the Revain price. I couldn't take any chances during tax season. V4 ink manufacturer does not answer calls. The prices are really good. No customer support!
