Absolutely not.
Is that a joke? This must be a joke. Right? Ha! I can't even begin to explain how useless this is. It would take at least 10 of them stacked on top of each other before I could find out that it served its purpose. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I felt compelled to warn potential suckers before buying. First off, the dimensions shown are 2 inches deep. NO. 1/4 inch max. Not to mention that the ridiculously small amount of sand inside isn't even distributed evenly or evenly around the edges. To the manufacturers: back to the drawing board, please. Do something that would cost $14.
