Review on Daveliou Calligraphy Pen Set Professional by Carla Anderson

I am an advanced calligrapher. I haven't done much with ink pens, but I seem to have to dip ink after each letter, which interferes with my writing. The tips don't fit easily into the wooden handle, or maybe I'm doing it wrong? I'm not sure if I can replace the pen with a glass pen, but the glass pen is useless to me because the metal sleeve that holds the pen is very loose - when I started writing, the metal and the pen weren't very strong, maybe it's just for presentation? I read in the questions that the glass pen accepts replacement nibs as of March 2016, but I'm afraid to try for fear I might ruin the pen! "Instructions" is printed so small that I can't read it, and the ink smears all over the place when I try to open the bottles. I've looked at other reviews and can't seem to find any that give me pointers on how to lighten the ink throughout the issue. I will contact the seller when I get a chance and then update my review. At the moment I am disappointed with this set, mainly because of its price. 4/25/2016 Update: Shirley Davelio contacted me. She explained how to open ink bottles and talked about pen nib problems. She also sent a PDF version of the instructions, kindly apologized and offered a second set to make up for my inconvenience. Excellent customer service so far. I have placed a second order and will update again once I can use the new set. Update 05/02/2016: I received a code to buy a second set. A few days later I received a second set.
