I'm pregnant and I've wanted this for a long time. I decided to give it a try and as this was the first day I liked it. All I needed was just a little and that was satisfying. This is chalk and the texture is the same as chalk. I liked that the aftertaste wasn't that noticeable. It quickly dissolves after a few seconds of chewing. It won't stick to your teeth unless you put a whole stone in your mouth. Haven't baked it yet, will do so another day because I've read it gives the best experience. Be sure to stay away from cigarettes, perfumes, etc. as this product will absorb them and make you feel uncomfortable. For those that got poor reviews, just know everyone has their own taste buds. I hate carrots, I hate them, but others love them and think I'm crazy. Give those carrot lovers chalk, they might hate it. My point is not to judge this product based on people's taste preferences. Try it and you will be the judge. I rate it a 4 for me.
