FINALLY! Finally a mascara that REALLY curls and STAYS curled! I LOVE this mascara! I've struggled for years to find an affordable mascara that doesn't sag on my thin, straight lashes. I would curl my eyelashes. Wait a bit to see if they kept the curl. Then apply "curl" mascara to make it smudge in front of the eyes. I've come to the conclusion that I need to find an Asian made mascara because Asians often have trouble getting their lashes to curl and stay curled. Etude House Lash Perm Curl Fix is the answer to my quest. My lashes stay curled and don't sag for 15 hours - And it rained all day. I'm not sure how hard it is to remove it because I tried it for the first time today - but I don't care. Now I have wide, fluttering lashes and that's all I care about.
