I purchased many sticks off the Internet that were thin and flimsy or rotted/hollowed.The first few shipments of these bully type sticks from pawstruck were of great quality,they were thick and my dog would spend days finishing a single stick off.All of a sudden the quality dropped off so I reached out to the company and I was told the sticks are not sorted by thickness(on my last few shipments every single stick was thicker.The batch I just received from pawstruck was not the same quality, all of the sticks are skinny.My Dog now chews one stick a day,she used to have one stick finished off in a week.I was asked if I’d like to exchange the item for another product.No!I would like the same product for the same price I was paying.
