This is the only OTC product that has helped me reduce the redness and pain of rosacea. In my case, the redness is mild (it is not obvious to others that I have this condition as it is not on the surface of my skin). Redness and pain are triggered by sun exposure, avocados and alcohol, especially red wine. I use meto lotion aka metronidazole lotion (prescribed product) twice a day to keep this condition under control. However, this product is Eau Thermale Avene Antirougeurs FORT Soothing Concentrate, Redness Soothing Cream, which provides instant relief and a cooling effect upon application. I'm surprised how well this works. As the reviews here show, it doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a try.
