Great Cloud Based Software For HR And Payroll
The cloud is great! It's super easy to use, has an amazing interface with multiple tabs for every department in your organization - so you can manage it all from one central place which makes our jobs easier as administrators and managers alike. I don't have any complaints at this time but if there were anything that could be improved would definitely be more of what we want/need out off their platform (more training). There are plenty of other companies who will give us those features free or cheap without giving up many things like cost savings or customization options for employees etcetera. A good software program overall though not perfect by far considering how much work goes into managing each employee within these programs compared to something simpler such as excel sheets.
- This product allows me access everything i need easily while being able to keep track of my payrolls too along side having some nice additional benefits including vacation tracking & sick day management among others.all through just 1 simple app instead than several different ones scattered across various locations around office building floors where they're needed most
