If it had a couple of Velcro or snap straps to go around the shoulder straps of a backpack this would be a good product. The elastic around the perimeter of the cover is good, but it does not hold it in place very well, especially on a moving vehicle when wind gets into it. I did give them another star for being good with customer service but can’t go better due to design.
