Of course you can't use it for food or water, but I really enjoyed playing with this clay. I'm a ceramist and I can't afford to fire my clay all the time because I pay someone to do it because I don't have a kiln. But this product exists. Brilliant! You can even use it for many crafts. I covered my stuff with varnish to keep the paint from peeling off. I highly recommend this clay over other air dried clays, it doesn't crack and you can easily sand it after drying for a smooth job. Depending on what you're doing, it will take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to dry. Also, when not using the clay, wrap it in an airtight ziplock bag or tie it in a plastic bag to keep the clay from drying out.
