The user interface is very nice, as it can be easily adapted to different sizes of companies (from small businesses all way up to large enterprises). There are some minor problems with certain areas of the software which could do with improvement. I would recommend this product if you want an excellent tool for monitoring sales performance. This has enabled us at my current employer to identify where we need improve our customer service in order to maintain or increase market share. The best part of using order metrics is the ability to identify revenue opportunities in real-time. As of now, I have not found anything which I dislike. The customer support is very helpful. At times it takes time to get my account setup but it's worth it. With Order Metrics, we are able to monitor our sales KPIs and improve our results every day. This has helped us to ensure that we stay on track with improving our business processes.
