I like that we can use this from anywhere without logging in to our account every time which is super helpful when you're using it remotely or at other companies. It takes some adjusting as there's not always one calendar displayed at a given place - sometimes multiple would open up but if its your first day of work and then go back 2-3 days later it's very hard to remember where you put things because everything is new! Having the option to do all scheduling online through 1 app was great so far - even if things got difficult in my previous employer they could have been solved by other means than just me going into their system through VPN but being able to stay centralized was also nice! Being able to create meeting invites (confirmations) right away and be able to invite more people via slack channel was really convenient too - no need for them having their own apps! The ease of creating and updating events. It is nice that the calendar syncs up with Google calendar. You can also create and edit events through a mobile app. I wish that the calendar included more information about the event, like the speaker or the title and date. You can also only create a maximum of 25 events per month. The ease of sharing calendars with groups. It also helps to have the option to create an event for your company's internal use.
