The dial has the same numbers on each side so you are not sure which side to choose when adjusting. You have to guess which one appears correct based on the desired angle. You then have to adjust all 3 discs on both sides, which takes a lot of strength every time you want to make changes and the instructions don't make sense. Since then I've seen several tables that just adjust up and down and then you can tilt the table to any angle you want, which is a lot easier. Also, the instructions don't make sense. "Turn the dial 30 degrees minus 90 degrees." What does that mean? When I contacted the manufacturer for an explanation, the response was that you don't have to follow the instructions, just adjust as you please. They then offered me a $10 gift card to give them a 5 star rating. And they haven't replied to any follow-up messages. The design holds the computer, but it's too much to adjust and not very clear. I do not recommend buying this product or buying from this seller.
