A Horrible Attempt at Purchasing from Mancro Online Store

My recent purchase from the online store of Mancro, a set of baggage, was met with a level of customer service that left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. To begin, the website was quite challenging to navigate, and it was challenging for me to locate the things that I was looking for. When I eventually discover the baggage set I was looking for, the procedure of checking out was a complete and utter mess. Because the website kept lagging and crashing, I had to enter my information several times before the transaction was ultimately processed. When I received the luggage, it was broken and did not seem in any way like the photographs that were displayed on the website. The zippers did not work, and the material was of poor quality and easily ripped. I called and emailed the customer service department several times in an effort to return the bags, but no one ever picked up the phone or replied to my messages. There was no way for me to get my money back, and I was left with a set of luggage that was completely unusable. My time spent shopping at Mancro's online store was, on the whole, a miserable one, and I will never, under any circumstances, refer anyone to this particular firm.
