Samsung Business S33A Series 22 Inch 1080p HDMI VGA 60Hz Wall Mount (S22A330NHN) Black Monitor is securely packed in a recyclable cardboard box. Inside the box, covered in styrofoam for protection, you'll find the monitor itself and a pouched instruction manual, including a quick setup guide, an HDMI cable, a power adapter that looks a lot like a laptop, an AC power adapter. Cable with a small power adapter and a wired adapter, if you look at the monitor you have a power switch on the back of the monitor, a power connector labeled that it is a DC 14 va VGA connector and an HDMI connector . Vesa comes standard with four threaded holes in case you need to install it in a larger stand or array. There's also one of those lock slots, kind of like a laptop. The front of the monitor, as you'd expect, is basically a monitor screen with a fairly narrow bezel. Looking at the package of documents, there is a leaflet in multiple languages with the usual safety instructions and warnings, a warranty document with exceptions only for Canadian customers, another leaflet for US customers, and a leaflet showing that it meets all FCC requirements Complies with regulations and manages the job itself. Looking at the quick start guide, I thought it was a small booklet at first, but in fact it is a large leaflet with instructions for assembling the stand and a user manual for the device, printed in English, French , Spanish and Portuguese. Assembling the stand looks quite easy, the parts just snap into place. There are no screws here, but there is a metal flange at the top with the bracket that fits into the monitor itself, as that's also the tilt mechanism. Again, there are no screws - everything just snaps into place. It's like taking the monitor apart when needed, you just push the plastic tabs and pull them apart. In fact, it just snaps into place without much effort. After scrolling through the instructions, this couldn't be easier. After connecting the power supply and the computer, simply press the power button on the back. The same button that turns the monitor on and off also works with the four-way switch system when you need to adjust the settings for your monitor. In my case, the default settings worked fine. It's nice to know that I can very easily come in and change the presets if I want to. One thing I noticed about this monitor, especially compared to my older smaller monitor, is that it is very light. One thing that can be said about modern screens is that they are much more efficient and physically much lighter. I look forward to using this monitor as much as possible and I see no reason why it shouldn't last a few years. If you're looking for a new monitor, I definitely recommend considering this one.
