Review on Polk Audio Wide Dispersion Satellite Speakers by Alisha Powell

Polk does it right! I have 4 RM8s installed in my living room as well as a 12" Polk subwoofer and a CS20 center. The sound is crisp and clear and sounds the same no matter where you are in the room, there are no dead spots. My room is not ideal for voluminous as it has a vaulted ceiling, a big exit to the kitchen and two corridors. I regret not having used them in a real media room, the sound would be really amazing. Filling the living room and kitchen with amazing sound, I hear sounds and instruments I've never heard in some of my favorite songs. And movies paired with my Onkyo 609 makes me feel like I'm there. I wouldn't call it loud but how distinct. The first movie the I inserted, after 60 seconds, the GT500 scene disappeared, it sounded like the car was in my living room, just what I was looking for, Star Wars sounded amazing, felt like I was in a movie .T great job Polk, Onkyo, keep it up!
