If I had to rate this product based on my first impression it would definitely be five stars. I opened the package and put the hat on and it was perfect. It fitted well and did as advertised. I went out in the cold and liked it even more. My head was comfortable and warm. I wore it to work once and picked it up the next morning to wear again only to find the inner lining was separating from the outer layer. I didn't put my hat on or take it off aggressively in any way. I checked the second one and it seems quality control was lacking. As I've worn them I'm not sending them back but I don't recommend them.
