It would be a great phone if it stopped ringing.

Bought this phone for my father who is hard of hearing. As soon as I plugged the phone into the wall jack it started ringing and didn't stop ringing until I picked up the receiver. There is only one email for customer service (no number to call). They offered a replacement but I left town and had to set up my phone before leaving.
