Works well with LED recessed lights

For installing recessed LED lights in rather thin false ceiling panels. The panels would have sagged under the weight of the fixtures, but these frames supported them. The finished work looked good. Also used them in another area of the basement where they were exposed beams and they worked well there too.

Pros

EASY INSTALLATION - Each mounting plate can be installed quickly and easily with the included nails. Each nail also has a stopper that allows you to quickly remove it if needed.
