I love this grill! It's perfect for those cold New York winter days. I was amazed at how quickly everything was prepared. Meat never dries out! Everything is always very tender and moist. I made lamb chops and was amazed at how delicious it turned out. I also made shrimp and salmon and it was perfect. The grilling surface is larger than expected. Cleaning is child's play, the grate and drip tray are washable. It's well made, uses some sort of infrared technology, and heats up quickly. I highly recommend this grill. I look forward to cooking delicious veggies and burgers soon. -Melissa
