Surprisingly easy to fold up and put back into the included carrying case. I would say it took me about 4 tries to figure it out. And the bag has folding instructions on the outside, which is nice! I bought this to use as a travel cage for my small but solid 50lb dog so I can't talk to babies (or dogs for that matter as she's still being taught to get in and stay in) but sees looks like a good deal for a low price.
