Defective cartridge, not printing all colors

I don't print many colors, so I didn't use them after installation. When I first tried to print color copies, I noticed that the image wasn't captured properly. I was worried my printer was to blame. I eventually replaced it with a Walmart cartridge, tested its accuracy by printing a color wheel, and was relieved to discover that it was a bad cartridge and not my printer. If I checked it right away and found it bad, hopefully you can return it.
