This is one of those handy things when you have kids. When I had little ones, all we had were the bulb type aspirators. Not effective at all.This seems well done, a different attachments, and a lot of miscellaneous baby things as well. Honestly, the assortment of other things could've been left out, as none of them are really high quality items. People aren't buying this for the cheap scissors or thermometer, but for the aspirator.Grabbed this for a relative who is expecting, should make things much easier for her when the baby is stuffy compared to what I had to go through years ago.
